 The Introduction of the Low Si Ferrosilicon
Low Si ferrosilicon, composed of iron and silicon alloy, is an important species in alloy smelting industry.It is often used as a deoxidizer in steelmaking. Due to a lot of heat released by SiO2, it would also raise the temperature of the molten steel in the process of deoxidation. Meanwhile, low Si ferrosilicon  which can be added as alloying element, widely used in low alloy structural steel, spring steel, bearing steel, heat-resistant steel and electrical silicon steel. In addition, low Si ferrosilicon often used as a reducing agent in ferroalloy production and chemical industry.
